Passionate Process Service

We are hired by both attorneys and their clients to serve legal process papers on people, especially when it is believed that the recipient will be less than cooperative or will try to evade accepting the service altogether. However, in one of our divorce cases, our client wanted to send a message to the recipient, their spouse, by having us serve her with divorce papers when she was with her paramour. The message likely being: “I know what you are up to, and I want a divorce.”

Our investigators first performed surveillance of the woman to obtain evidence of adultery. They determined that she was meeting her lover, a coworker, during their lunch break at a secluded parking lot near the couple’s offices. They observed the two being intimate with one another in the boyfriend’s vehicle on several occasions, then the attorney prepared the divorce papers.

Once the papers were ready, we set up surveillance at the couple’s favorite meeting spot prior to the beginning of their usual lunch hour. A few minutes later, the couple arrived in the area and parked nearby. Things between the two began to heat up quickly. That is when our investigator walked up to the car, knocked on the car’s window, and served the woman with the papers. Needless-to-say, the two were stunned and the client’s documents and message were delivered.
