Healthy competition is one of the cornerstones of the American commerce system. Several years ago, we were hired to investigative a local business owner who was thought to be taking things too far. The business owner was reportedly driving around town and removing our client’s products from store display shelves, throwing them in the trash, and then replacing them with her own.

We performed surveillance of this person and captured her on video on multiple occasions doing exactly that. Once the evidence was collected, our client filed suit against the woman for the damage she had caused his business. In the end, our client was awarded a sizable financial judgement, which ultimately ended up in shuttering the woman’s business.
